10 acre property just minutes away from great

beaches and all the many attractions to enjoy.

Our Boutique Style Cottages are well equipped

with a kitchenette and a lovely spa bath.

Flamed log fires to relax in front of with a coffee

or a glass of wine. Both Cottages have all you need

for that great getaway from the city.

Phillip Island/Cowes is an easy 30 mins drive

away to visit the penguins.

After your visit to the Island come back to your cottage and just enjoy the peace and quite. Bass Coast Country Cottages offers our guests.

Come and relax and enjoy the country life. Breakfast provisions are provided for you to enjoy in your cottage. Bacon, Eggs, Muffins, Wine, Chocolates and homemade bread are all in your cottage for you to enjoy with our compliments.

One queen size bed with luxury ensuite bathroom.

Livingroom with French doors opening onto your own veranda with BBQ and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the views of the Bass Hills and the farm animals.

We can cater for your special occasions as we did for some of our guests for Valentines Day. Birthdays and Anniversaries can be catered for just notify us a few days prior to your arrival and we will do something special.

Nook Cottage

This cottage has been designed as a luxury disabled cottage, with Livingroom, Kitchenette and French doors opening onto your own veranda with BBQ and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the views surrounding the 10 acre property and much more.

Our cottages are now in their 7th year and our guest love them. Some of the comments are, very modern and designed so well, just what we wanted for our getaway out of the city. The spa baths have also been very popular. We are happy we decided to put the spas in both cottages.

Location

Situated in the lovely Bass Valley on the Bass Coast. Offering a rural setting with an abundance of wildlife on your doorstep. Wetlands provide birds of many species.

Activities

So much to do all year round, visit local Vineyards, Cheese Factory, Chocolate Factory, The Big Wave, Koala Park, Penguins, The State Coal Mine, Surf Beaches, Horse Races, Farmers and Variety Markets

Short Drives

Take a country drive through some beautiful areas of the Bass Coast, enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafes or some wine tasting at some fabulous wineries. Very close to us is the Bassine Cheese Factory which makes a beauiful selection of cheeses, you can also pick up some fresh farm milk or have an icecream or milk shake.
